Okay, so I’ve been eyeing this Richard Mille RM 07-01 Carbon TPT watch for a while now. It’s a pretty penny, but man, it’s a beauty. I finally decided to take the plunge and see if I could find a good deal online.
First off, I started with a basic search, just typing “Richard Mille RM 07-01 Carbon TPT” into the search bar. A bunch of results popped up, but I wanted to be careful and not just jump at the first option.
I started digging deeper into some of the results. I noticed that this watch has a Carbon TPT case, which is supposed to be super strong and lightweight. It’s got that signature tonneau shape that Richard Mille is known for. The size is 45.66 x 31.4mm, which seemed like a good fit for my wrist, even though it’s technically a ladies’ watch. Who cares, right?
I found some listings mentioning a “Racing Red” version, with Carbon TPT and Red Quartz TPT. Looked pretty cool, but I was more drawn to the classic all-black carbon look.
- Checked out some of the listings
- Looked at a lot of pictures
- Compared prices
- Read some reviews
I spent a good chunk of time just comparing different online stores. Some had the watch listed as “in stock,” which was promising. Others had it as a “special order,” which probably meant a longer wait time. Then I found some that were crafted with carbon and gold leaves with a fancy open-link band. I thought it looked interesting.
The Find
After a few days of searching and comparing, I finally found a store that seemed legit. They had the RM 07-01 Carbon TPT in stock, and the price was within the range I was expecting. It wasn’t cheap, but it was a fair price for this kind of watch. I double-checked their return policy, just in case, and everything looked good. I was feeling pretty good about this. This is the one!
So, I took a deep breath and placed the order. Now it’s just a matter of waiting for it to arrive. I’m super stoked to finally get my hands on this watch. It’s been a bit of a journey, but I think it’ll be worth it. I’ll definitely post an update once I get it!
