Alright, so I got this thing, the CopyOMEGA Ω Co-Axial Master Chronometer 45.5mm, and I wanted to see what the big deal was. First off, I went ahead and unpacked it, naturally. It came in a pretty neat box, felt kinda premium, you know?
After getting it out, I started playing around with it. Setting the time and date was straightforward. I just pulled the crown out a notch or two and twisted it. Nothing too complicated. Then I wound it up by turning the crown while it was pushed in. Feels kinda solid, not flimsy at all.

I also tried getting it wet. Not like diving deep or anything, just washing hands and getting caught in a bit of rain. No issues there, it just kept ticking like nothing happened.
I did some digging to learn a bit more about it. I found out that it’s been tested under real ocean conditions, like 6,000 meters deep which is insane. And it’s got this Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 1932 thing inside, which I guess is why it’s so accurate. This Co-axial stuff, from what I gather, works with three pallets, separating the locking from the impulse, using a push action.

I mean, I’m no watch expert, but I can appreciate something that’s built this well. I heard it’s part of the Speedmaster ’57 collection, with a size of 40.5mm or 41.5mm, which sounds about right for a watch like this.
So, that’s my experience with the CopyOMEGA thing. It’s been a solid few days, and I’m pretty impressed with it. It’s not every day you get to mess around with something that’s been tested that deep in the ocean and still works perfectly fine on your wrist. No complaints from me!
